The following is a simple, hassle free process for admissions at LIS, Chennai

Step 1

The admission process starts with an enquiry

Option 1: Online

  • Fill out the Admission Enquiry Form on our portal.

 

  • Our admission team will contact you within 2 working days to assist you further.

Option 2: In-person Inquiry
If you would like to walk in for an in-person meeting:

  • Contact the Admission Officer on one of these numbers to fix an appointment. +91 72000 59525, +91 72000 59524.
  • LIS admission team will be happy to assist you with Admissions (do we fix an appointment to call for admission enquiry)

Assessment

Parents will be intimated by the admissions department with a schedule for assessment / an interaction session after the successful submission of the application form.

For Kindergarten level, an interaction of the student with a faculty member will be conducted. From Primary to Higher Secondary Level, written assessment will be conducted followed by interaction, if shortlisted.

Confirmation

On offering a place in the school, the seat is reserved or confirmed only on payment of the admission and first installment of fee. All the new admission applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and seats will be offered based on the availability in each grade.

Checklist
  • 3 Passport size colour photos (Write your Child’s Name and Application Number on the backside of the photographs)
  • Certified true copy of the birth certificate
  • Transfer Certificate (from previous school)
  • Photocopy of previous (Last two years) school Mark- sheet (If applicable)
  • Passport copy (International Students)
  • Identification Certificate (International Students)
  • Blood Group proof
  • Notarized photocopy of Aadhaar card (Father, Mother & Student residing in India)
  • EMIS (Education Management Information System Number, if applicable)
  • Notarized photocopy of Community Certificate
  • Relevant certificates regarding any medical concerns; and documents related to special learning needs (if applicable)
